Table Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Sound circle meditation - 4th Sunday of the month

60 minutes: $45

A group sound circle meditation is a deeply immersive and communal experience, where participants gather in a circle, often seated, or lying comfortably on mat or cushions. The session begins with a brief introduction to set the intention, followed by guided breathing exercises to help everyone relax and center their minds. As the sound therapy begins, playing various instruments, such as crystal bowls, Gong, chimes, Tibetan Bowls and tuning forks to create resident vibrations that fill the space.

These sounds are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the bodies energy centers, or chakras. The harmonic frequency is produced by the instruments help participants enter a meditative state, facilitating emotional release, deep introspection, and a sense of unity with the group. Throughout the session, the vibrations work on a cellular level, encouraging healing, and the release of tension.

The circle formation, enhances, the communal energy, creating a sense of interconnection among participants. The meditation typically concludes with a period of silence or soft, grounding, sounds, allowing individuals to integrate their experience. Afterward, participants may share the reflections, or simply bask in the peaceful afterglow, often feeling rejuvenated and more tune to themselves and others.
